Weight loss

Still on cloud 9 at the moment, what happenend was I started going to the gym nearly four times a week, doing a mixture of cardio and weights. I put on half a stone over the last three months due to my hols in greece :)

So started hammering the gym pretty hard, so had my results on friday and I have lost 2 inches off my waist, plus I lost 2% body fat.

So pleased so it goes to show with time and effort, hard work pays off :)
