Healthy changes
Well I think I have worked very hard this week. I have made some changes I.e eating more fruit and vegetables. Also included more varieties of fish. Finally I have been to exercise classes four times this week. So this weekend I am going to chill out completely. :)
If you are in this a situation use the weekend to have a blow out so that you dont feel guilty of indulging in unhealthy foods. Then you would be more likely to stick to a healthier lifestyle. Happy weekend.
