National eye week

This week has been national eye week. Our eyes are very important as wee need them to see (obviously)
So we can keep them in tip top condition by having them checked regularly, but also having a balanced diet. Especially foods rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A is great because it helps the eyes to see, especially in the dark.  Foods rich in vitamin A includes blueberries, Carrots, and dark leafy vegetables.
