Happy new year!!!

well I have made my new year resolutions for the following:

to make loads of healthy changes to look and feel better about myself

to help and support other people to feel better

to constantly research into healthier options to improve health for myself and others

today was no option, I have started by eating more regular,  and trying to incorporate different foods each day. today I have had introduced a fruit yoghurt,  which I haven't done in a long time
