salt awareness

last week a health campaign group called CASH ( which stands for consensus action on salt and health) did their yearly campaign to encourage people to make more awareness of salt in their diets.

as I keep banging on about it yes too much salt can cause a variety of problems including blood pressure,  kidney and heart issues as well. 

just be aware that the recommended amount of salt we should be having is 6 grams which is equivalent to a teaspoon
