coconut milk

I read in a recent article about coconut milk being unhealthy for us because it claims to be high in saturated fat, and high in sugar.

I disagree with this claim because coconut milk contains:

important vitamins and minerals which we need
great for people who are vegans because it contains no trace of animal.
it is low in sugar and saturated fat

if you have any comments I would love to hear it!!
