Enchiladas

So I was shopping the other day at a very popular well known supermarket. I saw this packet of like a make your own enchiladas start up kit on the shelf. I thought well for £1.50 that is not too bad for two people. However don't forget I would still had to buy a packet of chicken breasts which was £1.70, so all together £3.20
I thought let me give it a go.
So in the picture I followed all the instructions, and it came out fine. The sauce that was in the pack was actually quite nice, really enjoyed it.
I added my own ingredients in as I wanted a bit more flavour in so I added onions, kale, courgette, (zucchini) garlic, ginger, and parsley.
But if you are a cooking virgin or you just cannot be bothered you can just skip these spices, as in the kit the sauce is included, so you can just mix this with the chicken instead.
I would definitely recommend this, thanks very much Asda, really pleased

  1. Enchiladas are soft corn tortillas wrapped in a tender chicken and baked in a rich, spicy tomato sauce. These appetizers are a favorite of the family and everyone should feel satisfied.
